Clínica Doctora Castro: from a manual calendar to a fully digital operation

The challenge
The clinic kept its schedule on the team's phone and computer calendars, with no central system. Every appointment depended on someone answering, checking availability by hand and writing it down in the right place, with a constant risk of double bookings. Patient records, meal plans and treatment packages lived separately, and patient acquisition wasn't connected to the schedule.
What we did
We mapped the full patient journey, from discovering the clinic to follow-up, and built every piece to work as a single system:
- Clinic website , designed to turn visits into appointments.
- Ongoing digital advertising management to bring new patients to the website and the booking portal.
- SaludFlow, a custom platform with a 24/7 self-scheduling portal, email confirmation and the option to reschedule or cancel.
- Digital clinical records with diagnosis, medications, AI-assisted meal plans and progress charts.
- Management of packages, contracts, payments and balances, with user roles and permissions.
