World Animal Protection: a multilingual education portal and a strategy to get it used
Publishing the material wasn't enough: it had to reach the people who needed it, and its real usage had to be measured.

The challenge
World Animal Protection, a global NGO dedicated to animal welfare, had produced a large amount of educational material over the years with no central place where its audiences could find it. It needed a portal that met its international web development and design standards, worked in several languages and could be managed from a single panel.
What we did
We built the portal and, after launch, designed the strategy to get the content used:
- Animal Welfare Educational Portal on Drupal, with a theme and backend tailored to the organization's global guidelines.
- Multilingual management from a single admin panel.
- Google and Facebook campaign with a remarketing strategy to increase recall among portal visitors.
- Download tracking for each material with Google Tag Manager, plus animated HTML5 ads for the Google Display Network.
