VotoBOT Joven: election-season advertising that plays by the platforms' rules
La Doble Tracción and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation created an AI chatbot to compare the 20 party platforms of the 2026 election. They hired us to get it in front of people in the middle of the campaign, exactly when platforms restrict advertising the most.

The challenge
VotoBOT Joven needed to become known during the 2026 elections, the moment when Meta and TikTok are strictest with any ad touching electoral or political topics. On top of that, the tool had to stay neutral: its promotion could not be read as support for any party.
What we did
We ran the digital advertising and worked around the restrictions with smart creative and media buying:
- Creative that focused on what the tool does, looking up and comparing party platforms, rather than on the race itself.
- Media buying aligned with Meta and TikTok policies so ads got approved and stayed live.
- Campaign on Meta and TikTok during January 2026, with results broken down by platform, ad, age and gender.
- Executive report with lessons learned and an investment proposal for the second wave.
