Interactive experiences for meetings

Get people to take part in the meeting, not just attend

We design digital activities that attendees use from their phones or on a touch kiosk during conventions, breakfasts and launches. No app, no sign-up in advance, and data for the organizer when the event closes.

Why it works

A meeting is forgotten. An experience gets talked about.

Most conventions are a screen and a row of chairs. A well-designed activity changes the energy in the room and leaves a trail afterwards.

Measurable participation

You know how many joined, how many finished and where they dropped off. No need to guess whether the activity landed.

Something to take home

A raffle ticket, a professional photo, a PDF guide. Attendees leave with something concrete, and the host's brand travels with them.

Data for the organizer

Verified emails, survey answers and real preferences. All exportable to CSV when the event closes.

Case 1 · World Cup breakfast

Champion prediction game, with a live raffle

For a breakfast with the sales force of a corporate client, right in the middle of the World Cup. Each attendee joined from their phone, predicted the champion and entered a raffle. The organizing team ran everything from a control panel.

  1. 1Join with name and email. No passwords or downloads. The email prevents duplicates and is used to notify the winner.
  2. 2Predict champion and runner-up. Only among the teams still in the tournament. Every prediction earns tickets.
  3. 3Watch the raffle in real time. Table of participants, tickets and each person's odds.
  4. 4Instant prize draws. From the panel, the host picks random winners during the meeting, with confetti on screen.
  5. 5Satisfaction survey. One rating and one comment. Takes under a minute.

What the organizer keeps

  • Participant list with email, prediction and tickets
  • Survey results with average score and comments
  • History of prizes awarded

Case 2 · Year-end convention

Discover Your Magic: a kiosk that tells each salesperson how they sell best

For a year-end convention with a sales team. A vertical touch kiosk where each person takes a 2-minute test, has their photo taken and leaves with their archetype, a professional photo and a personal guide. Everything reaches their inbox before they leave the room.

  1. 1Search by name. If they are already on the list, they confirm their email. If not, they register right there.
  2. 2Answer 8 sales situations. Just tap the options. The test combines DISC with the 12 brand archetypes.
  3. 3Their archetype is revealed. Hero, Magician, Caregiver… with their profile in decision, influence, steadiness and precision.
  4. 4Three photos, pick one. The photo is retouched and ready for social media and their profile.
  5. 5The kit arrives by email. Full-size photo, a PDF guide on how to sell to each type of client, and pieces for social media.

What each participant takes home

  • Their archetype and how to open a sales conversation
  • High-resolution professional photo
  • PDF guide with their tone, their colors and what to post
  • Ready-made post, story and LinkedIn cover

How we build it

From idea to the room in four steps

Each experience is designed around the goal of the meeting: motivate, recognize, capture contacts, or simply keep people in the room until the end.

1

Mechanics

We define what the attendee does, what they take home and what data you keep. We write every text in the tone of the event.

2

Production

We build the experience with your brand identity and test it on real phones and on the kiosk screen.

3

Event day

We support you on site: QR codes on the tables, a panel for the host and a support person if there is a kiosk.

4

Closing with data

We hand over participants, survey and results in CSV, plus a summary of what worked.
